I offer these three services anytime of the week in the area surrounding Tewkesbury. Canine friendly transport is provided so your pet will be taken to and from your home safely. There is a split cage in the boot for two small to medium sized dogs. The divider can be removed, to fit a large dog. Behind the drivers seats there are two large cages that can fit two large dogs. So I'm able to transport four dogs and a smaller one in the front using a specially designed dog bag which is secured by the seat beltag

The walking service lasts for either 1 or 2 hours. I'm sure to take your dog on nice walks with opportunities to get plenty of exercise. The sitting service takes place in your own home, and I will look after your pet for the full duration of absence, which includes both feeding and exercise. This is becoming very popular as your dog feels at home and I can keep an eye on your house while you are away. I expect most of my bookings to be sitting ones as time goes on, as most clients like the idea of their dog being in familiar surroundings.

The boarding service is very similar except that this takes place in my home. I want to offer a luxury & personal boarding experience for your pet at a reasonable price. I want your pet to feel like he/she is at home. Any special requests can be met, for instance if your dog likes to listen to the radio for relaxation. Also, if there is a certain temperature in the house that your pet prefers, I can cater for this. I want to offer a truly unique service. If for instance there is a favourite walk that your dog goes on, I am very willing to take them providing the distance isn't too far. Also, if there is another dog in the neighbourhood that your dog likes to play with, I will be happy to coordinate plans so they can meet while you are away. The nature of the boarding facility, means I will never be far away. It's a bungalow so you don't have to worry about your pet getting lonely downstairs. I will never be more than a few yards away! There will be regular photos posted to the Facebook Group so you can see what adventures your dog is enjoying.

I'm able to look after upto three dogs in my home - there are comfortable dog beds, feeding/drinking bowls and plenty of nice areas to take them for walks. There is also a small secure garden for them to use. The boarding license can be viewed on the 'walkies' page of this website. For details of pricing for these services, please look at the pricing page.

While looking after your dog, I do have regular walks during the day. If your dog is good with other dogs, I will take them on these walks. Many owners like the fact that their dog will be meeting other dogs while they are away. If there are socialisation issues, I will advise me sitting in your house, as this allows me to pop out for a few hours to do the walks, and leave your dog in familiar surroundings for a few hours.

In terms of myself, my name is Neil and I previously worked in office based roles after doing Politics at Newcastle University. This venture certainly doesn't follow the conventional path. I've always thought that i'd like to work with dogs, so earlier this year I decided to go for it. I'm fully DBS checked, hold Cliverton Dog Walking & Pet Sitting/Boarding Insurance. I'm also Canine 1st Aid accredited and I'm experienced in dog handling. I have a keen interest in dog psychology, which is explained further in the 'walkies' section of this site. All the necessary paperwork is provided to put the services on a strong legal footing. This includes the dog walking

contract, the pet details form, owner details form and veterinary release form. These ensure all details are provided including any vaccinations and issues that I should be aware of whilst the dog is in my care. The latter is to make sure that if for any reason vet treatment is required, I'm able to get this done. All these forms are available on the 'walkies' page of this website, and can be downloaded/printed off. Often customers fill these in prior to our first meeting to save time. Or we can both fill them in, either way is no problem.

I cover all breeds...the transport can cater for bigger dogs as well as smaller ones. I'm able to walk 2-4 dogs at one time. I can offer walking, sitting and boarding anytime 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For bookings for more than 2 days, all I ask is plenty of notice.

I'm really passionate about dog welfare, and hate seeing mistreatment and/or neglect. This is what made me want to set up this business. Dog owners often feel constrained going away for a few days without their dog. By providing these services I aim to offer a more personal solution than kennels in the area surrounding Tewkesbury. I'm happy to travel upto 15-20 miles for bookings. Obviously, for a sitting/boarding client of a few days I'd be willing to travel a bit further.

As well as this website I also have a Facebook business page, twitter and instagram. I hope to keep you upto date during your booking by posting on these platforms. Please feel free to explore these via the links at the top and bottom of each page. For contact details, please look at the contact page. I also hope that reviews can be left on Facebook allowing prospective customers to get a flavour of the services on offer.

For canine psychology, engagement forms, insurance details, proof of my animal boarding license & canine 1st aid certificate...see the 'walkies' page!
